Hello. 

Before you know that we will deliver a lot of love in our creations, once you place your order, we will prepare to send your TDL to your destination. Orders placed will be shipped within 15 business days due to the dedicated creation process and curation of each of our pieces.

Our creations are 100% handmade by our Colombian artisans, we curate carefully in order to deliver top quality pieces.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $ 300 applied to national and international deliveries. Each order is subject to product availability. We will communicate by email in case an item is not available at the moment. Once the package has been sent, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information. Please note that we do not process or send orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship them to P.O. APO boxes or addresses. No signature is required in the delivery. Communicate directly with DHL if you wish to add a required signature to your delivery.

Returns

We only make returns in case of defective products, or that do not comply with quality standards. In case of a customer receives a defective product, TDL accepts returns on US orders within 7 days after the purchase date. 

The merchandise returned must be unused and in a new condition with all labels and attachments. Upon receipt of the returned products, TDL reserves the right to refuse return if the merchandise does not meet the requirements of the policy.

Please send information or tracking number through our email contact@toquedeluna.com Once your package arrives at our reception center, we will send an email informing the tracking status of your new shipment.

Frequent questions

1. What happens if the item I received is damaged?

Contact customer service customer@toquedeluna.com within 7 days after purchase to obtain a change for defective items. You must include your full name and address, your order number and photographic evidence along with a brief description.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Updating tracking information can take up to 24 hours.

International orders

We ship to most international destinations. We use DHL or the local courier service, depending on your country.

We offer free international shipping on orders of more than USD $ 300. Shipping costs for orders of less than USD $ 300 will be calculated upon departure. The costs will vary according to your country.

Unfortunately, we do not pay taxes or duties if they exist. All taxes are the responsibility of the international customer. We recommend contacting your local city of residence to obtain information about these costs. The price associated with tariffs and taxes varies from one country to another. We send your DDU package "taxes and unpaid taxes". We cannot calculate these rates in advance. For more information, go to the customs tools of DHL International.

We do not accept international returns.
